01 Titanium Alloy & Stainless Steel
- MIM technology delivers precision components with titanium alloys, high-temperature materials, and biocompatible stainless steels, pushing the boundaries of medical apparatus and consumer electronics.
- Titanium Alloy: The FHT TC4 ti alloy offers a 238.3 MPa·cm³/g strength-to-weight ratio, has a density of 4.41 g/cm³, an ultimate tensile strength of >1000 MPa, and an elongation of >15%.
- Higher-Strength Stainless Steel: Through advanced sintering and heat treatment technologies, the low-density, high-strength steel can reduce weight by 15% compared to conventional steel while providing higher yield strength.

02 Axial Flux Motor
- 1/3 volume and weight and 4 times torque output
- Compared to Radial Flux Motors (RFM), AFM offers higher torque density and efficiency, with an axial dimension only 50% of permanent magnet motors.
- Widely used in electric vehicle hub motors, vessel propulsion, and robots.
