NBTM Limited and its affiliates (“NBTM”) are committed to using and managing personal information responsibly and ethically and will act with integrity and protect the personal and confidential information of others. NBTM will comply with the data protection laws that apply in the countries in which it operates.

In particular, NBTM has implemented a data protection governance framework that applies across its companies located in the China, to ensure that as far as possible, it complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.  This includes standard procedures for handling personal information, privacy notices, data processor agreements, intra-group data transfer security and processing arrangements, a data inventory containing records of how NBTM processes personal data and the provision of training to its employees.
